This is given as a reference for the back of a horizontal flat card or the inside of a horizotal folded card.  When you select a front design you are given a form to submit what you want printed for a change in the title, and/or for the when, where, and RSVP information.  Also, there is an option to add some additional information in small print at the bottom.
